My Services
"I don't know how to do this. This is too much. How do people even do this?"
If that is where you are right now, you are in the right place.

Night Care
The moment I walk through your door something changes.
Not because I take over. Not because I have a plan that worked for someone else's baby that I am about to apply to yours. But because for the first time since you came home from hospital there is someone in the room with fresh eyes, no noise from the outside world, no opinions about how it should be done - just someone who is here for you and your specific baby in your specific home.
You are not alone anymore.
I ask you where you are at first. Not the baby. You. Because everything starts there.
Then I learn about your baby. Not from a textbook. From watching them.
How they feed tonight. How they settle tonight.
What that specific sound means for this specific baby at this specific age.
Because what worked for your sister's baby will not work for yours. What your mother did will not work. What the internet says will not work.
What works is understanding your baby - this one, right here - and building something around that.
Through the night I am there. Feeding, settling, observing, keeping notes through every cycle. By morning you have a full handover of everything that happened and what to watch for through the day.
And when I leave you will have slept. Your baby will have been cared for by someone who has done this thousands of times across decades and continents.
And something in you will have shifted. Because you will have seen it done. And you will know a little more about your baby than you did the night before.
One night can change everything. I have watched it happen more times than I can count.

Sleep Coaching
You nearly had it.
Something was working. Not perfectly but enough. And then your baby changed - because newborns change constantly, faster than anyone warns you - and everything you had carefully figured out stopped working overnight.
And now you are back to not knowing. Back to the 3am fog. Back to feeling like everyone else has figured this out except you.
They have not. They are just quieter about it.
Newborn development moves so fast that by the time you work out what your baby needs right now your baby has already moved on to needing something completely different. What looks like a sleep problem is almost always a development moment that has not been named yet.
I work with you one to one. I look at your specific baby, their specific age, where they are right now, and what their nights actually look like. Then I help you understand what is happening - not just fix it - so when the next shift comes you are not starting from zero again.

Welcome home package
The first days after coming home from hospital are unlike anything else.
For families who want full around-the-clock support during that time, I offer an exclusive live-in placement covering the first days and weeks.
Private room required.
Booked well in advance.
If this is something you are considering, reach out early.
These placements are typically arranged 4 to 6 months ahead.
Consultations
Sometimes you do not need me in your home.
You just need an hour with someone who will actually listen.
No pre-made formulas nor judgment. No advice your mother-in-law already gave you.
Just someone who has sat with hundreds of mothers and can help you see your situation clearly again.
Feeding. Reflux. Routine. Colic.
What is normal. What is not.
Whether something small needs to shift or whether you are doing better than you think.
I listen first. Then we work through it together.
